Analysis of the market situation shows that special attention should be paid to branding and marketing strategies in order to compete in the global market. The role of the agricultural sector in the socio-economic development of regions is assessed in the context of reducing unemployment and providing employment. As a result of the research, it is proposed to introduce modern management models and improve the investment climate for the development of the agricultural sector.
